Garden Print Fest is an outdoor printmaking festival offering workshops and events in our alternative outside atelier during summer and autumn 2023 and 2024
The festival was born out of the need for community events gathering artists, printmakers and passers-by from and around Berlin to learn, share skills and keep printmaking knowledge and expertise alive.
GPF, founded by Hadass Gilboa in 2023, was originally inspired by the location of Werkstatt für Künstlerische Lithographie Treptow. Printmaking being generally confined to the indoor surroundings and to a knowledgeable community, Hadass wanted to break this stigma and bring forth a unique approach where old and technically intense practices are made accessible to a broader public.
